Spring Concert: I Will Sing a New Song!
Description:  "The concerts will feature music by American composers Randall Thompson and Aaron Copland and English composer John Rutter. Also in the program, Franz Joseph Haydnís magnificent Te Deum reaffirms why he is regarded as one of the pillars of the Classical era, and Verdiís 'Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves' has been described as 'one of the most hauntingly beautiful songs ever written' and is celebrated to this day in Italy as an unofficial anthem. Our Young Artist Showcase Choir this year is the Arden Middle School under the direction of David Vanderbout. The performances will include music in a wide variety of styles sure to appeal to everyone."
