Jingle All the Way
Description:  "The SMS annual children's concert is a Sacramento tradition for kids of all ages! Featuring a colorful cast of characters, 'Jingle All the Way!' showcases choral music in a way both enjoyably accessible and educational to children. It's a great way for little ones to get to know and love all things choral, from concert mannerswhen to clap and how the audience can participateto musical concepts such as 'dynamics' and 'song styles.' It also helps develop their understanding of what makes up a choir, from the conductor and the different singing parts to the accompanist. At 45 minutes, the program is designed to entertain for just the right amount of time. It ends with a 'surprise' visit from everyone's favorite holiday elf, Santa Claus! The children leave with a delicious holiday candy cane in their hands and lovely music in their hearts and minds."
